Dileab Investments LLC is an Idaho company founded by the Forsythe family—John and his wife Susan, their son Michael and wife Ginger, and daughter Jennifer and husband Andrew—to develop the family’s real estate holdings and responsibly use the proceeds to invest in long-term projects that provide both future growth and re-investment into the community. Because the family believes that blessings should be shared, they desire such community re-investments to benefit residents of Idaho’s Treasure Valley and beyond. This desire to bless others through the family holdings is a cornerstone of the virtues guiding the company, to the extent that even the company name—Dileab, Gaelic for “legacy”—acts as a continuous reminder to the members that the family’s legacy includes blessing others.
